How to increase RAM capacity (By Jani)

Hi, I am Sk Md Safat, here I teaches you how to increase the capacity of Random Access Memory “RAM”. First of all I want to clear you that this “Increase Volume” of RAM is 100 percent genuine. This features available in every computer by default.

By installing RAM inside of your computer’s Motherboard slot. You can do this on both a Desktop Computer and Laptop Computer also. And it does not matter what is your Operating System “OS” version i.e. Windows XP, Windows-7, Mac etc. You can also use a portable drive (e.g. a USB Flash drive) to temporarily increase RAM capacity. But here, I teach you how to increase RAM capacity double or triple range by spending little space of your Hard Disk (HDD) memory.

If your RAM consist 2 Giga byte. You can expand it 4 Giga byte, 7, 8, 9, 10 GB, it depends your requirement. But you reduce that space from your Hard Disk of Computer.

So, let’s begin with picture how to increase RAM capacity or volume in Windows 7.

Step (1): Right Click on “MY COMPUTER”, then click “Properties”.

Step (2): From left side panel bar Click “Advance system settings”

Here, System properties dialogue box will appear like below.

Step (3): Choose on “ADVANCE” Menu.

Step (4):  Click “Setting” under the Performance Panel.

Step (5):  Click on “Advance” Menu.

Step (6):  In Virtual Memory section, choose “Change”.

Step (7):  Then “Virtual Memory” dialogue box will appear.

Step (8):    Here, you have to remove check mark (uncheck) from the option “Automatically manage paging file size for all drivers......”.

After uncheck, you have to choose the drive (e.g. C, D, E or F) from which you derive memory space for your RAM. I think, you always choose ‘C’ drive for this action.

Step (9):  Tick on “Custom Size” option and put the value in Mega byte (MB) {e.g. for 1 GB = 1024 MB}. If you want to increase RAM capacity 2 GB extra then you have to put the value 2048 (1024X2) in both space. (i.e. Initial size & Maximum size). See the picture below. Like this.....

Finally click ‘Set’ button & press “Ok”.
